It is extremely easy to use:

• The mold should be placed on a flat surface.
• The inside of the template should be lubricated with mold release oil for easier release.
• Threaded sleeves are placed in the holes formed on the side of the template, which play an important role in lifting and transporting the finished blocks.
• The concrete should be poured slowly into the mold to ensure a homogeneous filling. At the same time, it must be vibrated well by means of an electric or pneumatic needle vibrator to help compact the material and ensure that the air pore is free.
• The concrete surface is smoothed / The template must be poured to the edge to break the blocks /. It is also a good idea to lubricate the outside of the template with oil to make the next casting easier.
• The setting time depends on the type of concrete and the environmental / weather conditions.
• Once the concrete has set, the screws on the template are loosened and then the template is removed. Be careful with the edges !!!
• The block on its side is placed in the appropriate position at the age of 7 days using the loop lifting lugs.
• Once the blocks are in a standing position, they can be lifted and transported to any location.
